Not sure what to say?

I have fond memories of Mark from Grafton Hall days. Smart and witty and a prankster. But also incredibly determined, driven and passionate about life. My condolences to his family and friends. Too soon x

So very, very sorry to hear Mark has left this world. Much love from Sharon & Marty (Grafton Hall days) to his whanau and friends.

On behalf of many Orua Bay residents we are so sadden to learn of Mark's passing. Mark was admired for his ..."on the go" lifestyle, swimming, running, fishing. Mark would stop and chat and was part of our community. Sincere condolences to Felix and Mark's family. Foster's Orua Bay

Mark, you have such a beautiful soul, you´ll be so missed. RIP our friend.

I´m so sorry to hear of Mark´s death. I don´t think I´ve seen him since our school days when he was my sidekick as the much more organised and energetic head boy. Since then he has always come to mind whenever I hear U2 or see The Young Ones or Blackadder (though his enthusiasm for playing/talking about/quoting them was such that I avoided hearing or seeing them for several years!) Mark was one of the good guys back then and, from what I´ve read here, that remained a constant throughout his...

To an important part of my life and a highly valued and admired friend. From camping, hiking, music and mucking in around in boats through school we went on to Grafton Hall and our early days working and being grown ups with wine, food and great chats. I´m so sorry Mark has left us and my heart goes out to Jill, Tony, Cath & Felix and their families. Thanks to Jonny and Craig and his many other wonderful friends for looking out for him. I´m so sorry I won´t be there today to say good bye and...

To a true friend who has been part of our lives for over 40 years. So many wonderful memories and shared experiences over the years. Mark you were one of a kind and life was richer for knowing you. Much love to your friends and family. So sorry we're unable to be there, but our thoughts and love are with you all.

Mark was a smart and wickedly funny kid with infectious energy who enjoyed learning and the outdoors. Very sad to hear he is gone - love and hugs to his family and friends.

Great memories of trying to keep up with Marks fancy p-class lots of years ago. Fondest regards to all of Marks family.
