Re 21:4
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

One of the kindest men I have ever known. Your love for your family was endless. I'll never forget how sweet and loving you were to me, and then later to my girls. You had them wrapped around your not so little finger. We miss you already.

We have been blessed to know Mark and the Benefield family most of my life. He was a good man with a big heart. My kids couldnt wait to get off the bus and walk up the hill. They knew Mark would be there, candy in hand, and a smile on his face. The same way I looked forward to the same with his Mom when I was a little girl. My son took his first game from a hunt right to Mark, who graciously taught him how to prepare the animal to eat. This little mountain is indeed a little darker without them here. Mark will never be forgotten by my family, because of his kindness and loving heart.
