Not sure what to say?

I am deeply saddened to hear the news about Mark. I played with Mark in at least three bands, Liquid, Tweed, WSU Jazz band, and some of Mark's solo studio work. He was a true inspiration to me. He was one of those people in my life that I learned so much from and over time I still employ his charm and wit in my own life. He has made me a better person, and a better musician. He was one of the best musicians I ever worked with and a good friend, I will miss him dearly. My heart goes out...

I was saddened with the news of Mark's passing. We shared a lot of laughs from middle school on. I remember his love of practical jokes, laughter, and his love for music. May God give you a peace that surpasses understanding and strength to face each new day.
Jennifer Lee (Bonkoski)

There are no words I can think of to describle my disbelief that Mark has passed away. I knew Mark since junior highin Hastings, we played soccer together growing up and played in a band together in high school and even went to college in Winona - he to WSU and me to SMU - and hung out when we there. I always admired his musical abilities and we shared a lot of common interests. We sort of drifted apart over the years, but I always considered Mark a very good friend.

I pray for...

My heartfelt and sincere condolences to the Berg family. Mark will certainly be missed. May he rest in peace in God's hands.
