Read MoreMark and I were both Assistant Scoutmasters for Boy Scout Troop 12 in Vallejo. Mark was a loving father who did everything he could for his kids. He was very proud of his kids and their accomplishments.

I am a neighbor of the Bond family and my son and their son are good friends. Mark was very kind and I am saddened by his passing. My prayers, thoughts, and love are with the family.
