Mark Carpenter

I met Mark in the mid 80s when I joined the Bellingham Jaycees. When we were preparing for the annual Christmas Ship Project, it was made clear to new members that Mark was not a cook on a boat, he was a chef on a ship. One of the highlights of the cruises through the islands was Mark's salmon, chowder & other culinary delights. Mark was an absolute character and a joy to spend time with, on the lake or golf course or at the dinner table enjoying one of his excellent home cooked meals. Our condolences and best wishes to his family who we created many great memories with. Sincerely, Mark & Susan
