Mark, you've been my friend for nine years now. No matter what happened in our lives or how much time was spent apart, you were a constant in my life. You were a truly great person, everyone's teddy "Bear," and you always had a way of finding the silver lining. Mark, you were such a special person! I'm lucky to have so many memories with you, most of them from band camp, Friday night football games and competitions! You always had everyone laughing and ill never forget how I was your instant arm rest(since you were soo tall and I was sooo short)! You had a beautiful soul, an unforgettable smile and a laugh that was beyond contagious! You will be forever missed and my deepest sympathy goes to your family and the love of your life. Mark,
Right away when I saw your face, I recognized you from the halls of Hammy High. I looked through some of your facebook pictures and noticed one thing...while you were alive....you lived. I never knew you personally, but I know of the great sacrifice you made. You are a hero.

Mark, I can't believe you're gone. It only seems like yesterday that we were hanging out with each other. Wish I could've said hi to you one last time. You are a hero and a friend to many.

Mark, I only had the pleasure of meeting you once thanks to Jannis, but the many conversations we had showed what a kind heart you had. You were an amazing person who had a lot of love to give. And from all those who wrote before me it is true you touched many people's lives while on this earth. Now you are one of those angels in heaven looking down on us all. You will be truly missed. Let your memory live on forever.....

To live in hearts we leave behind

Always friendly, always cheerful, always sweet...Mark, you will always be missed. You taught us how to live life to the fullest
