The Chartrand family has lost a great man. First off my deep sorrow to you all. Secondly, even though I only knew him for 5 years through the Washington Senior Center, I feel my life is greater for have volunteering with him. He had a quick wit and the interaction between Betty and him was marvelous to see. I will miss him as well.
