Mark E. Cocchi

I learned late of the passing of one of the finest Springfield Police Officers I ever met. Mark established the bench mark for others to aspire to. His energy and devotion to his family and job made him a very special friend. I will miss his very unique voice and his smile. My sympathy to the Cocchi family. May he Rest in Peace .
