SGT Cofield....you will always be remembered.

This morning my family was stuck on I-25 behind Mark's dad's truck with the decal reading "In Loving Memory my son Mark Adams Cofield." Our hearts go out to the Cofield family for their loss. Seeing the truck was a reminder of the extreme sacrifices our country's service members have made and continue to make, and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

I have the extreme honor of reading Sgt. Mark Cofield's name outloud during this year's Reading of the Names Ceremony on May 24 at the Viet Nam Memorial.

I am so sorry I never met Mark. I know all his family and friends are proud of him.

I was driving to work this morning and saw a truck that had a sticker that read in memory of my son Mark Adams Cofield. The truck also had US Army stickers. I looked up the name in Google, got to this website, and read the obituary. It sounds like Mark was an incredible human being. My heart goes out to the Cofield family. Thank you for your beautiful son and for serving our great country.
