Mark Edward Converse

I was a classmate of Mark's at Arizona State. A very likable fellow who liked to study in his jockey shorts.

Rest In Peace Uncle Mark. Two of my favorite memories together with you was visiting the Iola Car Show with you, Ed, and my Dad; also the time we met for coffee at Starbucks before I got married. I will miss your wonderful laugh. Thanks again for all the fun with collecting baseball and basketball cards: DREAM TEAM... SHAQUILLE O'SQUEAL!!! I always wanted to go for a ride with you in any one of your collectible cars. Don't drive Heaven's hot rods too fast, and enjoy those Heaven rolled...

I was thinking about Mark recently and the fun all the neighborhood had playing games. He was a very nice person even back then.

Mark was an original, a true character with wit and a a wonderful sense of humor. I vividly remember high school adventures with Mark stirring things up. While we lost touch through the years, stories made their way back and always it was noted what a fine fellow he was, filled with purpose and integrity and and a bit of mischief. My sympathy to his entire family. May the memories of this good man console you.

Dearest Mark~thank you for being so absolutely kind and caring. You always made me smile and laugh and cared deeply for my sister and family. I will always hold you close to my heart. ♥♥
