Mark was born on March 11, 1960 and passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. Mark was a resident of North Carolina at the time of passing. An Air Force veteran, Mark owned and operated a local construction company specializing in stonework. The family has asked that, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Think Tank.
Mark was a great friend to me and my family. He was a man of many talents which he shared freely. I have rarely met such a driving force of nature. He will be missed greatly, but I know I have a friend in heaven watching over us and patiently waiting for us to join him forever.

I can't say I knew Mark really well, but he and his team completed my back patio last year, and I spend quite a bit of time chatting with him. As fellow veterans and Charlotte Catholic families, we hit it off. I am so sorry to hear of his passing, but his legacy endures in the quality of the work he did for so many, to make our collective lives more enjoyable every day. That's more than most can say. The Correll family will be in our prayers.

I am so sorry for your loss of father, husband, friend and all round good man. I found Mark to be passionate, loving, a man of integrity and vitality; always inspiring. He is gone from this earth too soon though his light and spirit will shine for eternity.
