I was Mark's Supervisor at Columbus Castings for most of his employment there. Mark was a quite guy and didn't open up to me easily. After working some long 10 12 14 hours days at the plant, I finally got to know Mark a little. I found Mark to be an extremely hard worker, very loyal and very dedicated. Mark marched to a the beat of his own drum, never getting involved in shop talk or following the crowd. He would tell me, "I just came here to work not make friends" but people respected that,...
