Mark was one of the finest men, it has been my pleasure to know, in my life. He was a consumate police officer & good human being. A quiet, yet strong man, with great compassion for his fellow man. He was a gentleman. I called him, friend. Although he was our boss, with rank, he was known as Mark. He will be missed by many people, in diverse fields but most assuredly, by his family. God bless & keep you safe. I will miss my friend.
