Not sure what to say?

Dennis, I am sorry to hear about Mark. I hope you and your family are ok with his passing. God Bless.

I´ve read: "Memory is the only friend that Grief can call it´s own." How fortunate we all feel to have such warm memories of our dear Mark. He and I attended St. Ambrose Elementary and Seton Catholic High School together; I a year ahead. Kathy and I grew up in the same hometown where both our families attended Our Lady of Angels Church. After many years, and many cities, we reconnected when Donna and I joined a Syracuse Golf League of which Kathy was a member. We all...

I was so sorry to learn of Mark´s passing today. I met him as my resident advisor at LeMoyne College back in 1969. He imparted some much needed wisdom and maturity upon me back in those days. He and his buddies at LeMoyne were so supportive of my wife´s family when he sister Mary Ann Hayes became ill with bone marrow cancer at a very young age. She was a secretary at LeMoyne and Mark and his friends did more to help her and the Hayes family in their time of need than you could ever imagine....

I´m so sorry to read of Mark´s passing. I met Mark and Kathy when he had accepted the Superintendent´s position at Chittenango and was honored to be their realtor. I hope all happy memories will comfort Kathy, Adam and Sarah at this difficult time. Kathee Bailey

We are so saddened to hear about Mark´s passing. Our paths crossed when he became district superintendent at Chittenango Central Schools and I had the pleasure of being his daughter Sarah´s fourth grade teacher. He and Kathy were always a pleasure to be around and we cherished the time they came to our home for dinner. He will be missed for his wonderful sense of humor, positive influence and friendship. As superintendent, he truly cared about his staff and interacted with the teachers...

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember him driving us to gymnastics and how wonderful he was...I still remember that after all of these years. My thoughts are with you.

Kelly and I would like to express our deepest sympathies to your family. Adam, Sarah and Kathy, you and your family will be in our prayers. - Jamie Pittman

My condolences to Kathy and family. Talk about someone who always, always had a twinkle in his eye, a giggle/laugh that was infectious and someone who always seemed a step ahead of everyone else, mix in that charm and boyish zest for life and you get Mark DeSanctis. What a blessing to have crossed his path! The world and CNY community are better off for having had him in our midst. Mike Murphy, LeMoyne '72

My heartfelt sympathy to Kathy and all of Mark´s brothers and sisters and families. I remember Mark from our West Endicott neighborhood and Geo. F. Johnson school. He was a nice fella from a great family!! May you all find comfort in the many fond memories, you hold near and dear to your heart. RIP Mark. Sincerely, Barbara Starring POTERAN
