Not sure what to say?

Mark, my good friend and pal, you came over every Friday for years to read my Sports Illustrated issues and it was great. You had the most terrific family of all time and I love all of them. Your mom, of course, was a saint. So to any of the Deschaine's that read this, you were all special to me. The Parkwood days were one of a kind. I recognize now some of the challenges your family went through and I have the utmost respect for everyone. You always had a positive outlook and were fun...

Corrine and family, sorry to hear of your brothers passing, everyone is in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to hear of Mark's passing. I knew Mark from Parkwood Elementary and he lived only a block away when we were growing up. My thoughts and prayers are with the family

Marnie, Reagan, and Rachel,
Our many prayers being sent your way.
Love,
Sue, Tom, Nicolette and Carly Kraska

Very sorry to hear of Mark's passing. We will keep the family in our thoughts and prayers. Lou & Ginger Adamson, South Haven, MI

Dear Marnie, Reagan and Rachel
My deepest sympathies on the passing of Mark. He was very helpful to me during a period of time about 5 years ago when I was between jobs. He always stayed in touch and I always enjoyed receiving the market news letter. It was a great piece of investment logic combined with humor and an uplifting sense of the future. He will be sadly missed.
Journey Well, Mark. The pleasure of you company was all ours.

Sincerely,
Dennis Sedlak

Grew up with Mark in the Parkwood neighborhood of Westnedge Hill. Spent thousands of hours with him and the gang "on the playground" at Parkwood participating in every sport we could partake of. We were good friends and kept in close touch through high-school. He always had a basketball in hand loved the game! I'm sure I speak for Yealin, Johnson, Marietta, Horn, the Morgans, and so many others from our neighborhood in expressing how sorry we are to hear of Mark's passing. I am praying too...

We pray your fun, loving memories of Mark will help you in the months ahead. Love you to you all. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Very saddened with the passing of Mark. I will always cherish the memories of our basketball battles at Parkwoods 9 foot rim, and all smack talk that followed. My thoughts are with the Deschaine family. He will be missed.
