Rest In Peace knowing you´ve touched so many in such few years. May your Family enjoy the time you have had with them and cherish the memories they have for the future. It was my loss to never have had the privilege to meet you in person. Please accept my hand shake as my honor to such a great Man.

Mark was a joy to work with and to know. As you said, he was quite the character and always had such kind things to say. The world lost this young man far too soon but God had a plan for him. Mark gave his all for 45 short years and left a powerful impact on so many. Rest in the peace of God's arms Mark and continue to watch over your family, friends, and fellow Officers.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your husband, father & son. I thank him for serving and protecting the City of Saint Paul as an officer. He kept us safe. May God continue to bless you and find comfort during this difficult time.

I was one of Mark's first sergeants when he started the police department. I remember him as a hard worker and a joy to work around. Even after we went to different districts, when I'd run into him he was always a great guy to be around. He'll be missed greatly.
