Mark Anthony Doughton Mark Anthony Doughton, most of whom lovingly referred to as "Tony", 48, of Woodbridge, Virginia, died Saturday, August 25th, 2012, at his home.
He was a Sergeant in the United States Army on Active Duty for ten years and as a reservist for four additional. For most of his professional career, he worked as a Geospatial Analyst for the Department of Defense. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his father, the late Arlon Doughton.
Tony is survived by his devoted wife, Rochelle "Shelly" Doughton, and his sons, Justin Pilgrim with wife Amy Pilgrim, David Doughton with Fianc‚ Jennifer Kirk and Scott Doughton. He is also survived by his grandson, Chase Doughton, mother, Joan Doughton and brother, Doug Doughton.
A public viewing is scheduled for 1:00 PM on Friday, August 31st, 2012 with a Funeral Service to follow, beginning at 3:00 PM at Miller's Funeral Home, located at 3200 Golansky Boulevard, Woodbridge, VA 22192. The family will receive visitors at a reception at the home of Shelly Doughton, following the service.
