Not sure what to say?

When my daughter was born John and Reina and mark came to the hospital. Mark held my daughter. We have a special relationship with the Ernstings and with Mark. He will be greatly missed.

Dear Robert, Elaine, the Ernsting and Iseman families,

My name is Steve, and I can't begin to express how much the sudden passing of this fine gentleman, Mark Ernsting, has affected me. I've never actually had the honour or privilege of meeting him, but since December 16,2015, I feel I've known him my whole life.

My deepest condolences to Robert and Mark's family. I met him in 2003, when I lived in Toronto. He taught me how to be kind, smart and life's enjoyer. This is a huge loss to humanity!

My prayers are with his husband and family.

Thinking of you.

My deepest condolences to all of you affected by the loss of this wonderful man. He brought such laughter and kindness to my life, and he will be deeply missed.

I worked on a collaborative project with Mark and the OICR team. Ran into Mark at a conference in October. Really happy that I had one more chance to talk to him - gregarious and engaging. Sincerest expression of condolence for his loved ones.
