Mr. Mark Harrison Froehlich

Mark Harrison Froehlich, age 59, of Landenberg, PA, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2015. He was a graduate of Harrisburg Academy (1974), Dickinson College (1978), Dickinson Law School (J.D. 1981) and Temple Law School (LLM 1986). Mark was an attorney for 34 years. After a few years working for the State of Delaware, he went into private practice specializing in estate planning, real estate and transaction law. He especially loved his older clients and would often tell his wife that he had met with one of his favorite clients that day. Mark was a member of Phi Kappa Si fraternity at Dickinson College. Besides spending time with his beloved family, he enjoyed rooting for his Pittsburgh Steelers, boating on the Chesapeake and being on Caribbean "island time," especially St. John. He is survived by his wife Judy Diehl Froehlich of Landenberg, PA; daughter Elise (Jed) Bell of Milton, DE; son Mark (Melissa) Froehlich of Massapequa Park, NY; son Harrison James Froehlich of Philadelphia, brother Hervey (Theresa) Froehlich of Seattle, WA; sister Elizabeth (Alan) Owens of Haymarket, VA; sister-in-law Betsy (Ernie) Gonsalves of King of Prussia, PA; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved golden retriever, Jack. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, October 2, 2015 at the CHANDLER FUNERAL HOME, 7230 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin, DE where friends and family may visit from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.
