of Vanderbilt passed away at 10 PM Friday, March 6, 2026 at his residence. Mark was born on July 17, 1960 in Connellsville, a son of the late William O. and Eva Jo (Thomas) Fuller.


Mark was a devoted father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother. He was a n active member of the Dunbar Eagles and enjoyed spending time with his daughter and grandchildren. He was also very generous to the neighborhood kids by passing out popsicles.


Mark will be sadly missed by his two children, Tara Bennett and husband Zach and Mark E. Fuller Jr. and wife Jen; his grandchildren, Gage Fuller, Chloe Mulnix (Jaycob), Ethan Bennett, and Emily, Madison, and Breanna Fuller; his great grandchildren, Lorelai, Twyla, Henry, and Hank Mulnix; and his siblings: Kevin Fuller (Jan), Kathy Miller, Darlene Fronius (Anthony), Susan Wolfe, Randy Fuller (Connie), and Charles Fuller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Floyd, Gary, Billy, Wayne, Billie Jo, and Jeanie May Fuller and Robert Rankin.
