Not sure what to say?

It was a sad time for our family when we first met Mark three years ago. He visited us when our daughter and son-in-law lost their first child at birth. Mark's comforting words expressed God's all-encompassing love for all of us. Since then we have sought out the Masses where Mark would be delivering the homily. A man who touched many is deeply missed.
God bless you all at this difficult time.

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Deacon Mark Gallagher. He was such a gentle soul and you could sense the Holy Spirit working through him. Our family was privileged to have him baptize our two nephews at Our Lady of Good Counsel in Ocean City. Prayers go out to your family during this difficult time.

Saddened to learn of Mark's death, but certain he is now in the loving arms of God, enjoying his just reward. Such a saintly man, so kind and gentle and wise. We know how heavy your hearts must be at this time. May God grant you the comfort and peace that you seek as you try to accept this painful sudden loss of one so dear. This is our prayer. God bless and keep you.

Hi Kathy and family,
WE were shocked to hear that Deacon Mark passed away last Thursday. I will especially miss his homilies which were always inspiring.
You and your family will remain in my prayers.

Dear Kathy & Family,

So very sorry to hear of the passing of Deacon Mark. I have wonderful memories of our days spent at the Blessed Sacrament rectory in Margate, NJ.
Deacon Mark was a beacon of light for us all. Now, may the eternal light shine upon him.

It is with great sadness that we heard of my dear spiritual brother and classmate Deacon Mark. Mark had a great influence on me both as a Deacon and a man. Mark is the closest man to reflect all the attributes of Saint Joseph. Please know that we will pray for the repose of Mark's soul and for the entire Gallagher family. St. Augustine said you see the true glory of God in a good man living rightly. Mark was a good man living rightly, a rarity in our world. He touched so many people...
