I always walked away after meeting Mark with a smile on my face. He was very enjoyable to be around. My condolences from my family to the Gherkin family.

I met mark at Lakeland visual aid in the summer of 1971 where we both worked. I was studying to be an Optician in Buffalo and that was my summer job. We always seemed to get along well and would often meet at some of Auburns famous gathering places. My condolences go out to his entire family. David M Sciara Snyder New York

Sincerest Condolences on Mark's passing. I have wonderful memories of summers at the family cottage, Mt. Carmel, & Mark's visits to the Penfield orthodontic practice to take me for lunch. He always stopped at Friendly Ice Cream purchasing a gallon of black raspberry for my freezer. Dr. always enjoyed Mark, he'd tease him where's his ice cream. Mark's reply was what's your flavor? R.I.P. old friend.
