Mark was truly a good man. Soft spoken & never spoke bad of anyone. Always there to lend a hand & help in any way he could. I spent many years working with him in the Vt Army National Guards & at CSC.I've seen Mark many times drop everything to help someone & even offer the use of his tools when he wasn't able to be there to help.
