I was one of Mark's Football Coaches at St. Edward High School. He was smart, strong and a great teammate to many. Being the oldest sibling, he needed to make some money and we painted homes together after his Senior year to help pay the tuition at Wooster College. I followed his career throughout the years and was always so proud of his successes. He loved his family very much and was a great husband and father. He will be missed by many of us but his legacy will continue on. RIP Mark.

I am saddened - but grateful to have known this funny and compassionate man and his beautiful family. I´m was proud to stand next to him in front of the tv as the National Anthem played, prior to one of his favorite football games. Go rest high on that mountain Mark.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

My favorite memory of Mark was taking him home from football practice at St. Edward High School. I was a Senior, and he was a Sophomore. Lots of laughs and lots of good hearted ribbing of each other.

My condolences and prayers are with you and your family. I grew up in Middleburg Heights and went to school with Mark at St Barts. I later had acquaintances with Paul, Ann, and Bill so I heard what he was up to. I was fortunate to see him just a year or so ago in Strongsville and was able to catch up. It was a blessing to see him. I know my prayers for him will be answered in heaven.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Giuliano family. Mark will truly be missed by his Invesco family!

I worked with Mark many moons ago at FBIHQ. He was a great leader, great boss, a genuinely kind man. May he RIP, and may time bring peace to his family and friends.

To Mark's family: Thank you for sharing Mark with the Invesco family. I am going to miss his leadership and friendship as well as his deep concern for those he came into contact with. He always took the time to ask about the latest development with my dad's health or yet another grandkid story. Mark was passionate about building a team, and I'm privileged to have been a part of his work team over the past couple of years. Prayers to you and the extended family.
