Not sure what to say?

Great man & Great family, Our parents and many FHN, families always got together, after games through out the year. A group of parents that watched over all those young trouble makers. (70's) But again, I would see Mark was at foods grabbing lunch, our offices were near each other. (80's/90/2000's) He would always acknowledge everyone that he new, with that smile and a guided hello, . May the family know, he's looking down on you and in your soul. Take peace in knowing that he was a...

Childhood friend... with (Mike and Mark). I think of Mark, (and Mike) frequently. I'm sure Mark was a wonderful son, husband, and father. I know that he is missed. Best wishes, Peter Rink

Note, my dad Bill, and Mark's dad Bill coached Little League together....fun times, good memories.

Dear Hoffhines Family---I am so saddened to hear about Mark's passing. Adding that to the loss of Mike and Bill, I cannot imagine your pain. I have many fond memories of both Mark and Mike when I would babysit them. I remember Tanka (that was her name, wasn't it?) often strolling up to our house to wait outside if the boys were playing at our house. And I remember your wonderful wedding gift when I got married---a week at your cottage at Sleeping Bear. You were wonderful neighbors. I pray for...

I was very saddened to hear of Mark's passing. He had been an inspiring manager and teacher for me at FMB. I still use things he taught me about relationship management every day. I will always remember how his face would light up with the most infectious smiles. May the Holy Spirit give you comfort and strength.

Mark was a childhood friend, Little League. Our fathers coached together, both with 2 boys playing. It was a great match, and with great memories.

Mark was a super kid. I am sad we lost touch. I'm sure he influenced all
those around him in a positive way.

My thoughts and prayers are for his entire family.

Abby and boys, my prayers go out to you at this most difficult time. Mark was my first true mentor in the workplace and taught me so much about commercial banking and life, as we worked together for nearly 7 years at Mercantile. He was always willing to share his experiences so I could learn, and do it with a huge smile. I will never forget the lessons he taught me. He will be missed so much.

Truly a great person, and one that will be missed.

Dear Hoffines Family, so very sad to hear of the news of Mark's passing. Mark's smile will always be remembered, it is the first things that comes to my mind when I think of him. All of the Hoffines clan is in our thoughts and prayers. There are many fond memories of a childhood long ago shared with Mark and Mike and the rest of the gang, these will always be near and dear to my heart. May his memory be eternal and may God be with you during this time of healing. The Everse Family.

Dear Hoffhines Family, Please accept our sympathies on the loss of your wonderful Father, Husband, Son, Uncle. Dear Adam, I remember many games at Eastern where your dad was a shining light and ready with a smile no matter the outcome. He will be missed! May to Good Lord Hold You and Yours in His Glorious Hands. Blessings! Lawrence, Kathie, Erika, Heather and Lawrence IV, The Murray Clan.
