To Mark's family,
I worked with Mark at Utica PD. He was a smart and motivated individual. He had a great sense of humor as well. He was a good cop and an even better man. He will be missed.

Due to the current situation with Covid-19 and to keep all of our friends and family safe, Mark's memorial service will be postponed. We will be planning another memorial at a later date as soon as we know it is safe. Thank you for all of your support during this very hard time.... The Hoffmeister family.
