Not sure what to say?

I knew Mark for a long time - first thru text and then thru actually meeting. I lost touch with him, and have looked for him, only to find the thing I had feared had happened....he was gone and I didn't even know. I miss him and think about him all the time. He was so important to me and had such an impact on my life. I can't even say how I feel knowing he's gone and I can't call him and hear him "talk my ear off." I will always have a special place in my heart for you, Mark. I love you...

Mark and I were the best of friends during our school years together, but we lost touch after he enlisted in the military. I have always treasured those childhood memories and our avid fascination with Starsky and Hutch during the 6th grade. Although it has been two years now, I just learned of Mark's passing today and I am very saddened by the news and pray for his family's continued strength and endurance in pursuing life as I know Mark did.

Peace be with you old friend.
