I am sorry for the ones that were kin to Mickey and the ones that were a part of his family.

I had the pleasure of being part of the Lewis family and watched Mickey grow from a boy into a loving and dedicated husband and father. He was a joy to be around for all. I send my love and support to his family in this time of need.

I don't know if I ever really told Mickey how very much he meant to me. Mickey has taught me so much about life, love, and family. He was a great inspiration to me and is a mentor that I will surely never forget! I love you , Mickey!!!!

My little brother and little Mark are best friends. While I didn't know his dad very well I heard nothing but great things about him, I know that God has accepted him with wide open arms and he is looking down on his family now. My prayers are with the family.
