Dear Thelma and Family. We are so very sorry to hear of Mark joining the final fraternity. It came as quite a shock to us. With deepest sympathy and sorrow, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Al & Mina.

My name is Norma Mears and my husband, Don, is a 32 year veteran of the Marine Corps. I had a brief conversation with Mr. Kenney at the carwash recently. It was just before his interview and he was obviously looking forward to that experience. I'm so glad he had the chance to tell his story to those who come after him. It is a story that exemplifies and honors those who understand SEMPER FI. My sympathy to all his family. God Bless You.

I am certainly sorry to hear of Mark's passing. He served as my Manager at a local fast food restaurant when I was in high school. As you can see, some 35+ years later, I remembered him, life's lessons he taught us teens and his infamous cigar. May God give your family comfort.
