It's difficult to accept that Mark's been gone for over seven years already. He was a brilliant guy, and often not appreciated for his visionary work. After I left Wegmans and found myself managing a team in a significantly larger organization, I found that, thanks to Mark's tutelage, I could deal with much larger issues than I'd ever encountered before. Had I never known Mark, I probably wouldn't have been able to do so.

To : Mrs. Mark Kindig and Family,
I worked with Mark at Wegmans for over 11 years. In fact he recruited me. For so many of us , he was one of the smartest people we ever met with a clever and dry sense of humor. As I reflect on my career , I would like you all to remember that he mentored so many of us in his brilliant ways and days at Wegmans. He will always be remembered and forever missed.

I had the pleasure to work with Mark on many projects, a consummate professional with a quick wit. May GOD comfort and provide for his family

Barb, Karen, Eric,
I'm sorry to learn of Mark's passing. He served as a mentor to me in a way that allowed me to go well beyond the bounds of the things we accomplished during our days at Wegmans. He was indeed a visionary. Perhaps his most unique talent was to see the potential in each of the people he took under his wing.
