Not sure what to say?

Dear Laura, Bethany, Marci, Lindsey, Gordie, Linda and entire family,

I was surprised and deeply saddened to hear of Mark's unexpected passing. He was an American Original, a kind and supportive friend to so many during his life.

I join those here who have expressed their unforgetable high school memories of Mark. Always the perfect gentleman, he could be counted on for his determined competitive spirit, quick wit, sense of humor and ever-present smile. In many ways, he set...

My heart goes out to Mark's wife and children and to the entire Lee family. He will be remembered as one of the kindest persons I've ever had the privilege of knowing.

Eternal rest grant unto Mark, Oh God,
and may your light forever shine upon him.

Mark Lee was one of the most genuinely nice, friendly, compassionate, and honorable persons I have ever known. We are all blessed to have known him, but none more blessed than his family. We will keep you all in our prayers.

We will miss you Mark.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with all of you.

Dear Laura and the whole Lee family:
I just heard today that Mark passed away. I am so very sorry for your loss. My maiden name is Linda Hooghart and my family was close with Mark's grandparents Ed and Marcella Skocelas. "Aunt Mac" (as we called her) would always talk so highly of "Markie." She loved him very much and was very proud of him. As was "Uncle Ed." I pray that the Lord will wrap His loving arms around all of you as you grieve.

Dear Laura, Bethany, Marci and Lindsay: Your husband/father's obituary is a beautiful testimony of one who put Christ first in his life. His blessings included you four being in his life. Hold onto God's hand and let Him lead you, just as Mark did. He has been welcomed and embraced by many family and church members who arrived in Heaven before him. A wonderful and small grief support group such as Mercy Health VNS Bereavement may one day help you - through the connection with those who have...
