He was always smiling and upbeat. He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

We were so sad to hear the news and send you our heartfelt sympathy. I will never forget how welcoming you and Mark were to Lawford and me all those years ago in San Francisco. My memories are of a lovely man, with a sweet smile and a twinkle in his eye. We send you our love, thoughts and prayers.

Nina, our deepest condolances. We considered you and Mark as close good friends. Mark was so intelligence and articulate at Council Meetings, it was always a pleasure to hear him speak.
