Not sure what to say?

Dear Katy, Dane and Bryn,

It was with deep sadness that I heard of your loss of Mark. Joan Chinn emailed me immediately and Gerhart & I made a contribution in his memory to AHA.

More than three months have passed. I suppose Bryn is home from college, but I'm sure there are still moments when memories come flooding back. He was so thoughtful to everyone. Do hope you all are doing well and we'll keep you in our prayers.

I just read through all the wonderful...

Katy,
It was a shock hearing the news today. My heart goes out to you and your children. May you find comfort in each other and those close.

Katy,
I just heard the terrible news this evening from Jeff Gorges. I want to send my sympathy for you at this horrible time, and please know my thoughts are with you.

Katy -- This is Jim Drolshagen. Colleen and I have spoken of you and Mark many times over the years, and are so saddened by this news. Mark was a wonderful, wonderful man. So full of character and integrity, so proud of his family and heritage. We will always look back on our year in Minnesota and the short time we had to get to know both of you with great fondness, and we will certainly remember you and your kids in our prayers.

Katy I just found out about the loss of your dear husband Mark & I am deeply sorry for your loss. I know from hearing you talk about him that the two of you had something that most would surely envy. I pray that the memories of the love you had for one another will somehow sustain you during this sad time. I will keep you & your family in my prayers.

Always

Katy:

Words are small comfort during such a difficult time, but I will keep your family in my prayers.

Katy ~ Your sister, Barbara, relayed the sad news of Mark's passing and I have posted the obit on the U-High web site with a link to this guest book. Please know that the U-High Web board and I have you and the extended Sears families in our thoughts and prayers.
