Not sure what to say?

Learned a lot from Mark. Great surgeon, teacher and human.

Great man Caring surgeon Excellent teacher Truly missed Be at rest Mark

I am a former patient of Dr. Martz. With a laceration in my aorta that went 1/3 the way around it. I owe my life to this man. Its hard for me to explain just how thankful I am. I try everyday to pay it forward.

Mark,
I have great memories of us working together doing complex procedures.
I learned a lot from you over the years we worked together.
You were a surgeon's surgeon.
God Bless

Mark will always be in my thoughts.

Ulla,
I will always remember Mark as a great encourager. I was never a good student in Junior or Senior High School, yet he always encouraged me. I really enjoyed the many years we taught swimming lessons together in Hanover for the Red Cross.
Lots of Love,
Dan Martin

Our sincerest condolences to the Martz family. My husband Dennis was a patient of Dr. Martz at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown in 1999-2000. Dennis was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and through Dr. Martz's expertise along with that of Dr. Douglas Nathanson pulled Dennis through some difficult times after the surgery. We owe alot to Dr. Martz and we will never forget him. We are deeply sorry for your loss.

Elaine, We were so sad to hear of your brother's passing. We're sorry we never met this wonderful man who served so many and was loved by all. Our prayers are with you and your family.

Ulla our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
