Read MorePlease accept my condolences on the loss of Mark. I worked with him in St. Louis and stayed in touch with him since we both departed there. I had not spoken to him since last year and was just thinking about him when I saw the FLEOA write up. I am so saddened by this news. Mark was an outstanding person and will be missed.
