Not sure what to say?

I am the Pharmacy Technition that mixed Mr. Mellinger Chemotherapy drugs. I can recall Mark being a fighter. He fought this battle hard and he never gave up hope. Mark was one of my favorite patients and I was deeply saddned when I heard of his lost. Mr Mellinger you will never be forgotten. I will tell my Mother to look for you up there and Heaven.

Mary Ellan, John, Marta, David and all those others who were touched by Mark’s life,

I am very saddened to learn that Mark has lost his battle with cancer and that you must all now find the strength within you to continue on without him. I can still remember those afterschool football games in Vermillion’s backyard and the resultant grass stains in my jeans that vexed my mother so. Mark and I went separate ways in our lives, but I still occasionally recall those years and the many...

I feel honored that I had Mark as a friend for close to 20 years. He and his friends taught me how to live a life filled with laughter, tears, courage, honesty & joy by living "Life on Life's terms". I will forever remember the laughter and ease that Mark showed me was possible through whatever is presented to us while we "Trudge the road of Happy Destiny". Until we meet again dear friend! ~Love & Gratitude~ Sheryl Radowick

Dear Mellinger Family & Dawn,

My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

We know Mark is now at peace and is not hurting anymore. He endured his sickness with strength, grace and honesty and showed others, especially the kids he worked with, how to deal with whatever life throws at you with a smile. We will miss you, Mark. God bless!
