Not sure what to say?

Betty, you and Mark made the world a better place through so many of your endeavors. He was a lovely, lovely man. Thinking of you.

Beautifully written and a tribute worthy of the man that Mark was. I always appreciated Mark's willingness to discuss any topic, to share his opinions without regard for popularity or agreement. How fortunate we all are to have had him in our lives.

ALL Veterans should have Old Glory by their name.

I feel blessed to have been able to personally observe how brilliantly Mark was able to coach and inspire not only the Chess Club at Indianola Informal but the entire school community. He was a very special man who cared so much about others. Betty, may you and your family be comforted in knowing how much Mark was loved.

A life well-lived, and a very brave battle fought with great dignity. RIP, Mark

This heartwarming tribute is a testament to Mark's legacy. I am thinking of you, Betty, wishing you strength, love, and peace.

What a lovely tribute! I learned so much about Mark that I didn't know. He will be deeply missed but maybe it will help to know that the world is a better place because he was in it.You and yours are in our thoughts, Betty .

Betty, Matt and Ethan...We are so greatful to have known Mark, and to have him touch our lives, if even for a little bit. His love for the three of you was so immense...it could be heard whenever he just said your names. Peace, strength and love to the entire family...Love, Amy, Keegen and Griffin

RIP
