Dear O'Connel's family, I was extremely shocked to hear the news only last week. Please do accept my deepest condolences to all of you. Truly sorry for your loss. I was part of the MatrixOne family and it was one of the best working experiences I had. I'll never forget that already the 2nd time I met Mark he remembered my complete name. Mark's been the best leader and most inspirational presenter I ever witnessed.

Debbie, my brother Don and I were so sorry to hear of Mark's passing. He was a great person and we are so sorry for your loss.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mark through Rob Shinno at Matrix One President Club. He was always kind and nice to everyone. My prayers and condolence to his wife Debbie, children, friends, family and coworkers.

Mark was one of the best leaders I have ever had the honor to work with. Charismatic, smart, funny and honest. He always made everyone feel special, and want to do their very best. He is greatly missed by so many that he came in contact with.
