Not sure what to say?

Dearest Carol, Lola and Danny,
I have not been able to bring myself to write a note until now. Words cannot express my sympathy, my heart aches for you all. Mark was never ordinary. You could always count on Mark for a big smile and a nice hug. I have so many memories of band camp and of course of Mark helping Lex with his car. If Lex needed help he always called Omo, he was forever willing and ready to come to the rescue. When Lex came home from the Air Force it was Mark who called...

My sincere sympathy to your family from someone who has been through what you are going through now. My younger brother was killed in a car accident last year by someone in a stolen car. He left a wife, three young children, sisters, brother and parents. The gap that he left will never be filled. I hope knowing that others are praying for you and your son will help a little. I know there is nothing anyone can say or do to make it better, only time. It doesn't seem real does it? I hope your...

I am so sorry for the tragic and senseless loss of your son Mark and my baby brother Christopher. They were great kids! I will continue to fight the fight that took our boys away. It won't bring them back, but he will not hurt anyone else! We are here for you!

I am so sorry for what you and your family have had been through the hardest time of your life. He was one of the sweetest guy I have ever known and he will be watching over you and your family. Mark is the most sweet guy and he really loves everybody.

Our hearts go out to you during this time of great loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Carol and family,
I realize no words are able to stop your heart from aching but I do hope you can find comfort in some of the memories of others as well as your own. I apologize for the length but wanted to share with you the reasons Mark was special to me.

As a Sign Language Interpreter lucky enough to be assigned my own student at Columbia, I felt even more blessed to move on through the years with an amazing group of kids that included Mark Omo. Mark was always...

My thoughts and prayers to all who loved and knew Mark. I do not know you but the legacy he left behind is a wonderful example of how all should live. His story has touched my heart and just wanted you to know that. God Bless You All.

I went to school with Mark and he was a wonderful guy, always smiling, I didn't know him well though. His death came to a shock to me as well as everyone else. My prayers are with your family and friends.
Rest in peace and God bless
