Not sure what to say?

My condolences to Gilda and Audrey. -Barbara Rodgers Lloyd

This world lost a stand up guy ,a good man,man of respect, a man that went to work every day and took care of his family, lot of fun times and laughs when we worked at Georges like 30 years ago, my God time flys...love you my friend. .

So very sad to hear of Mark's passing. What a nice kid he was and from a very nice family. Paul and I send our heartfelt sympathies to all of you. Prayers and strength in the days ahead....

He was always nice to me, my sisters and my mother Gwen who loved tripe. He was quiet, but He knew our food order and all we had to do was walk in the shop and sit down. Upon seeing any of us he would always ask how my mother was doing and leaving the shop he would say good bye. We were looking forward to him coming back. We are sorry to hear of his passing and send our thoughts and prayers to Audrey, his entire family and friends. RIP!

I worked with Mark on the PBS special called SANDWICHES THAT YOU WILL LIKE back in 2002, and I've always loved his segment in that program. I've excerpted it and put it on YouTube. You can watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWh2zQNfFVs
As Warren Zevon said, "Enjoy every sandwich."

So sorry for your tremendous loss!!

YOU WILL BE MISSED
