I'm so sorry. He was my Dr for 8+ years....and I got to know him well...
Dr Mark was a personal icon for me......he had strong convictions, was very proud of his life, reminding me that men are tough, and he was tougher.
He loved his family immensely, and was proud to show me pictures of his loved ones whenever he could.
He is an example of a life well lived.
I'm grateful for his guidance.....I will miss him.
