Mark graduated from Bishop Hendricken High School ('80'), Boston University, Magna Cum Laude ('84'), Boston University Medical School ('88). I think of your smile and thank you for giving my life back every morning when I wake up without pain. It will be 4 years since the miracle surgery in November 2018. Prayers to your family always. Sharon

I just learned of Dr. Palumbo’s passing and feel absolutely heartbroken.

He was my best buddy.
I would’ve been a quadriplegic if it wasn’t for him performing my spinal surgery 14 years ago. He gave me quality of life. We always joked and laughed together.

He loved my baklava.

I will miss him forever! ❤

My heart goes out to you all. Although we did not know him personally, he performed surgery on my husbands back. We would joke how serious he was; we got him to crack a few smiles and reflected on it often.

He gave me my life back on May 31, 2018 with his amazing skill and compassionate care for which I am eternally grateful. I cant say enough about the caring docter he was for my husband in 2008, he called me and updated me which was so important..he was truly a doctor who cared..I pray for your family and hope that the pain in your heart will diminish knowing so many people admired your husband.
