Not sure what to say?

My respects to Coach Pemberthy's
family. He was a wonderful person and an inspiration to me in my youth.

To the Penberthy Family,
It is sad to see how a very special perosn from your lives has gone and won't be coming back, but the way I see this it that his mission here on earth was finished and he did a very good job. He was a very important teacher in my life and will forever continue to be as time goes on. He will never be forgotten even as time passes by because he was like an angel sent from above. May God Bless You & Always Be With You Guys Wherever May Be.

Dear Marilyn & Penberthy Family,

Words cannot express what Mark meant to us. He was not only our Sunday School teacher, but a great mentor, friend, and father-figure. The way Mark lead his life is an example to us all and we will always remember the love he had for God, Marilyn, and his family.
Marilyn, we love you very much. May you feel the warmth of our prayers and may you ALWAYS know that you hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you and your family for sharing...

Dear Marilyn and Penberthy family. I am a fellow EV Free'r. Although I didn't personally know Mark: I heard a lot about him. I am the dad of Randy and Leta Kliewer, and Gary and Tasha Kliewer. Thank you so much for being there for them (Randy and Leta) and the entire class. I attended the "celebration" for Mark on Saturday. I was so impressed by all the great things that were said about Mark. I sang in the choir, and we were all very touched and honored to have had a part in the celebration....

Dear Marilyn, You don't know me, but I am Katrina's grandmother...I've prayed for Mark ever since he got sick and needless to say, Mark and you have meant EVER EVER SO MUCH to Katrina and Jonathan..And I do so appreciate the nurturing you both provided for them.
Thank you so much...Marie

Dear Marilyn and family,

Mark was an incredible man, and your whole family is a great testimony to Jesus Christ-thank you for your transparency in your lives; our family is inspired to spur on for the sake of the gospel.

We are sorry to hear of Mark's passing, but thankful to entrust him to God. Eternity is a sweeter place, now that we can look forward to seeing Mark again.

Marilyn, as long as I live, I will never forget you both cuddling with...

We can only imagine the wonderful glory that surrounds Mark today and always! Thank you Mark and Marilyn for being there for Randy and me during our trials, and teaching us how to strive for a life for Jesus. We will miss Mark immensely and know his memory will be with us and the countless others he has touched...always.

I’m sorry to hear of Mark’s homegoing. Mark and I were childhood friends. I remember Mark and I competing in Bible drills at Cedar Ave. Baptist. What great memories I have of the whole family (Jeanne and Penny). I loved his mom and dad so much. My mom and dad (Jim and Faith Carter) and I send our sympathy and prayers to all of you at this time.

Mark has been such a wonderful Christian role model for myself and my husband. We have appreciated his teaching in the Kindred Spirits class and all the encouragement he gave us. Although he will be missed, I am filled with joy at the thought of him being with his Glorious Lord whom he served well.
