Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathies to you, Nita and the family. He touched many of our lives with his joy and spirit at Crestview and North. Holding you in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry for you & your family's loss Nita. Sending prayers for all of you.

Mark's passing has made me realize what deeply lasting impressions and influence a kind and decent person can have. He will always have a place in my memories, with his honest and smiling face, his cheerfulness, and so many good qualities.

I am so glad for his happiness with his family. I know you will miss him so, and that words are of little comfort. Along with all his many friends I wish you peace. Always.

Nita- I'm so sorry to hear of Marks passing. I won't be in Ohio for his memorial but know that you are in my prayers.

Wow. Mark was a childhood friend, at school and "the park" (Como). We both pitched Little League on the same team at 10 yrs. He went on to be quite a hurler. I remember he liked to find snakes along the Olentangy R. banks and would even reached in those holes where, who knows what, was in there.

I think we played "Hindu", whiffle ball, and "tennis ball" (baseball w/o bases) on that tennis court. And "kick the can" and adventures in "the black woods" nearby. I think you pulled a...

Oh so very sorry for your great loss Nita, Reed, family and friends. Who could not love Mark, he was the best guy! So friendly, happy, kind and a joyful spirit. I doubt if anyone who ever met Mark didn't consider him the most wonderful guy. His humor and sweetness shared with his love of his life Nita and family and close friends, Morgan Family, will never be forgotten. Deepest Sympathy.

Nita and family. I was very sorry to learn of Marks passing. Mark and I went all through school together. I am sure many others like myself have memories of good times playing sports, getting together with friends, eating pizza, playing cards etc., with Mark. He will be remembered as a good friend and person. My condolences and prayers are with you.

Nita, I was pretty shocked when I opened this email from my brother. I've known Mark since the 4th grade, lots of good memories including many at Jimmies Drugstore. We'd go to the bakery first, I'd get a half dozen Maple Iced Cinnamon Rolls, Mark would get an entire cake then we'd go to Jimmies and get a couple milkshakes to wash it all down. We used to cut MYF (Methodist catechism) and hand out at Jimmies reading Magazines and comic books until MYF was over and we could go home. Not sure...

I remember Mark joining my family on weekend camping trips to the Hocking Hills as children. All the football games we played between the baseball diamonds at Como Park. The Carp and Crawdad's we caught on the Olentangy. The Ice Hockey we played in the winter on the Olentangy. As we grow older in our lives, sometimes old friends go different ways with College, jobs and career, new girlfriends and soon new family but old friends never die ! I will always love you Mark ! Rest in peace !!
