I only recently met Mark but knew instantly he was a kind person. He told me of his memories of working with both my sisters in the retail business. Mark and I went to school together from Edgewood Elementary through Homewood High.
He introduced me to the book The Hobbit before it was cool. And he introduced me to Earth shoes ;)
We worked together on many projects because we were friends, but also because I had the words and he had the art, and we were a pretty good team!
I still have pictures he used to draw for me in the back of Mrs. Stephens lunch/study class. I can see his chair leaned back against...
