I am shocked and saddened to hear of Mark's passing. I worked with him at the New Milford Public Works Department. He would always talk fondly of his family. My heart goes out to his loving family. I pray that your fond memories of him bring you peace in this troubling time. God Bless his soul and everyone close to him.

I am so sorry to hear this. I worked with Mark on the Putnam County Traffic Safety Board. He was so knowledgeable and his input into many of the Traffic Safety Board's concerns was so valuable. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Mark and I were both in Troop 2, along with Alan and his father Michael. We had a lot of good times together. One time he was at my house, and we arm wrestled. We were dead even. We went back and forth, back and forth which seemed like forever. Both of our faces were beet read........... and finally, Mark Won. I am also thankful for his father's help in volunteering in the troop. My condolences to Alan and his family. Last time I saw Mark was when he came to my mother's wake. Rest in Heavenly...

my condolences and God bless you Miss. RosA

Roberta - it's been 4 decades, but please accept my heartfelt condolences. Best regards, Chris Thomas (Ann Thomas' son)

I send my deepest condolences to Roberta and family. Mark was one of the best engineers I had the pleasure of working with. He was a mentor to me for many years. He will deeply be missed by many. RIP Mark!

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

Mr. Rosa was my cub scout leader and helped out with campouts and activities when I was a boy scout as well. He was one of the kindest adults that helped out with the activities and he always spoke calmly and softly. If I ever needed help with anything I knew I could rely on him on the many scout trips the troop went on years ago. I am incredibly saddened to hear the news of his passing and my heart goes out to his family.
