Omaha - Mark Schultz, 64, died on August 7, 2018 at his home.
Mark was born on May 7, 1954 to Robert and Margaret Schultz. He graduated in 1972 from Hoover High School in Des Moines. Mark was a veteran of the Air Force and was employed in telecommunications most of his life. He always enjoyed a nice Beaujolais wine and good Omaha steak all the while supporting the Nebraska Huskers.
He is survived by his siblings, Ann (Dru) Drake, Lynn (Scott) Thomas, Tim Schultz, Kurt Schultz, and Kristen Schultz; nephews and nieces, Chad, Shawn, and Rachel Thomas; Tracie, Megan, and Erin Schultz; David and Maggie Drake; and Wyatt Schultz.
Visitation will be 10-11 am on Saturday, September 1 in Clegg Chapel at McLaren's Funeral Chapel in West Des Moines. Inurnment of the cremated remains will be at Resthaven Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.mclarensresthavenchapel.com.
