Not sure what to say?

To the family and friends of Mark.
I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I didnt know Mark that well, but we were working together for the past two years on a case and in that time I had spent working with Mark, he was a very knowledgable man. You have your memories, and those will always be with you.

On days when the was no written work out I would make up a workout of my own or out of a sheet of workouts always making the swimmers swim there...
