Mark was an amazing person. He loved his family and grandchildren. This is a sad tragedy. The world is at a great loss. You were a good friend and mentor. Myself and my family miss you. It´s funny, the one thing I remember most about mark is that he always used to say, "Man these people come in my shop and want to talk for ever"!! The ironic thing is that Mark would always start the conversation and not let them leave. Lol. Pic is of a shoot we all attended and mark chatting with my daughter....

I was a customer of Gunstock and Barrel, and knew Mark for over 4 years. He was a sweety pie, and I admired him greatly. May god rest his soul, and may he basque in the warmth of the glory of god in heaven forever.

My deepest condolences to the family. Mark loved his shooting sports and was very knowledgeable. He and his wisdom and knowledge will be missed by the shooting community and his friends on FSN. I hadn't seen him in last several years after he moved north. I guess won't get to visit him at this shop. Rest in peace.

Mark was a great guy, always happy to see me when I'd stop in the shop and full of knowledge - plus, we just got along well. I hadn't stopped in to see him in a few months because life got busy and it saddens me to know I won't get to "stop by the shop for five minutes" (as I'd tell my wife on the phone) and end up talking to him for an hour or longer about shooting, guns, or kayaking anymore. Rest in peace, my friend... you are, and will continue to be, missed & remembered.

Sandy I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Mark. I remember him growing up and coming to the range with Smitty. You and Karen take care and will talk to you sometime later.

My deepest condolences to the family. Mark spoke to me about his love and respect for firearms. He took pride in his craft and sportsmanship. Mark, you were way too young to leave us. God bless you and keep you. Rest in peace.
