Denise, Austin, and Tyler, I was totally shocked to learn of Mark's untimely passing. There are several of us here from the AL ARNG at Ft. Hood who worked, served with and loved Mark. It broke our hearts that we were not able to come home to show our respects to a great soldier, friend, husband, and most of all, Father. Mark loved his boys, and loved to talk about them. Mark always had a smile or a story good for a laugh. He was a good friend and co-worker, thru the years at AASF #2. He will be missed, by the many lives he touched. Our deepest sympathy goes out to his family, friends and loved ones.

How saddened I was to get the e-mail from Susan Scott this morning.
